If you watch the entire video, you'll see the happy ending. There's two News segments on the same video, the second one being the rescue.

But it also led to our work with the Coal Mine industry here in Utah and our learning how to better penetrate RF signals through the earth in some very unique ways (up to 1,400 feet of solid rock), which in turn led to a Patent we just filed on the technology.

And it all started with a lost dog . . . .
