Fantastic work guys.

Thurman, I like the graphical approach to your work. Try using a blending stick to smooth out your colors.

Sean, I'd love to see your first design on a t-shirt. Have you ever tried cafepress?

cafepress is www.cafepress.com
It is an online, print-on-demand t-shirt storefront.
You would set up a free store, upload a design and choose what styles of clothing/accessories to offer it as. It is best to save your files as PNG with transparent backgrounds for use on that site.

I just checked out the link you provided for some of your art. I love the one of the NA gos cruising through the shadows. Is that available in a print?

Niki,

Nice work, I really, really, really like the Gos on canvas posted on your site. I read your alter ego (ie bird calling) and I remember you on the Jay Leno Show. Wow what a small world.

Sean,

Very cool! I recognized the hood because I don't know of anyone (other than myself) that is so lazy that they use an exposed stitch on their hoods! That being said, I like the looks of the exposed stitch on an anglo/indian hood. And, I am no good at blind stitching hoods!

That stitch makes mine pretty easy to pick out..

That bird was my former apprentice, Tim Reilly's first redtail "G" the day we trapped him.

Niki, I'm with Doug. I really dig the gos that you did. And I remember your Harris Hawk piece from the Northwoods catalog.

Here's a golden that I sketched in pencil;

I really like this one, it appears to be riding a thermal or an up-draft, as it is rising, keeping an eye on whatever is above it, mate, intruder or a mobbing bunch of crows. Can you tell me anymore about it?

Glad you guys and gals like it. Oscar, I like the very same things in that image that you pointed out, and that's why I illustrated it. The drawing is on a sheet that's about two by three feet, and I did it while looking at a photo that was taken by a close falconer friend of mine (Elizabeth Schoultz of PA.). She snapped the shot while visiting some falconers in the Czech Republic a few years ago, and gave me a print of it. That's all I know about the image. Not sure what was going on with that particular eagle at the time.
