in the barter forum. I was figuring that it was because I was new, then I noticed that the thread that I wanted to post in was created by someone with only 1 post.

Just wondering what the requirement was.

Transactions in the "for sale" forums and items on the "bartering board" are to be done in private through e-mail or PM's, not in public on the forum.

If you are interested in bartering on an item, send the post author a PM.

That being said, you can post a new topic, but no one will be able to comment, only send you PM's..
