Spotted hooded falcon in SE Colorado.

Hey there, anyone missing a falcon in Southeast Colorado. Was spotted on July 21, 2011. Bob, I and CDOW are trying to locate the bird. According to the sighting the hood was still hanging on the bird, bird was able to see & get to a pole. Please let us know
