Federal Regulations Link Not Working

Hmmmm, is it me or does the link for 50CFR21.29 for the Federal Falconry Regulations (Falconry Standards and falconry permitting) not work anymore? What do you think is the deal with them not having this working, they updated this a good while back?

My concern is they had this posted a good while back, could they be slipping in some wording that they aren't telling us about? To be frank, I don't really trust our government and with all that has gone on in falconry, why should we trust them?

The page opens for me, but when I click on any of the links there I get the same message "e-CFR Data is current as of August 1, 2011.
