2008 Female Harris Hawk for Sale
This female has been a very sucessful gamehawk. She has caught numerous jackrabbits (both white tailed and black tailed), bunnies, squirrels, crows, pigeons, etc, etc. She flies well with other Harris's or by herself. She is OK with dogs in the field as long as they are very well behaved. She is easy to handle - no footing and takes the hood well. Rides fine in the giant hood and is an easy keep in a free loft or tethered. Overall she is an excellent gamehawk. Her only fault is that she can be noisy in the mew as her weight is being brought down from the molt but once hawking she is quiet.
I am going to be too busy with work this fall to do her justice.
