FOUND Hawk / Falcon In Laguna Beach, CA

Found a hawk or falcon type bird of prey.
It is about the size of a large parrot.
We know it is someones beloved bird because of what it is wearing.
It is very healthy and is being well cared for.

clearly this is someones 'falcon' or something and im sure they want it back.

please contact with a detailed description or photo of the bird. this bird needs to go to its real owner

if nobody picks this thing up we are going to call fish and game or have the bird rescue/sanctuary guy in lake forest, ca pick it up.

it does not have a number band or telemetry thing but it does have some 'gear' on it

i dont have a license, i dont want it, and it is not in my possession. please dont bombard me with emails on how illegal it is to posses it. this thing landed on me, not the other way around.

Why not just give the poor guy the CHC website instead of having a nonfalconer try to navigate the NAFA website to look up info for another website.
