I was emailed that a couple riding horses on McKee Road near Bladensburg, OH saw a hawk with jesses and it flew a short ways away from them and didn't appear to be afraid of them. This was last Sunday, 11/06. No other information. So if anyone in that area of Ohio lost a bird, you might go check out that area.
