I just talked to Don, the conservation officer who has the bird. The aluminum band number is RW094383. He has had the bird since yesterday (Saturday) when he climbed up a ladder to get the bird off the roof of a house. Don has done falconry inspections and is familiar with falconry. He called the bird to the glove with some duck. He fed her a small portion yesterday and again last night. He fashioned some jesses and has her leashed on a perch in his garage now.
Don is sending photos and I will post them ASAP.
