I think he's up to three now. Here's a photo of him and Apache with a kill made last Saturday. That's him on his knees. crazyy It's the best angle for protecting the camera from breakage. :D

I noticed he was wearing a red glove on the make in, I'm curious if that's gotten any undue attention from the RT : )

He got picked on about that glove quite a bit that day.

My real name is Will Weyant

LOL, yes I did get picked on quite a bit that day about the glove. Apache does not seem to mind that, at least for now.

Yes, I am Cheri's apprentice. Been working with her for the last 1.5 years before I was even licensed. She is awesome as a sponsor! haill She puts up with a lot from me LOL

Yes I am up to 3 rabbits and a mouse. This past Monday he got his 3rd one. Just got back from hunting, and nothing was out. I will try it later tonight to see if more are moving.

I am a first year apprentice. Been working with Harris hawks and a Gyr/Saker hybrid. Also was helping with her baby harris when she has babies.

Yes, I "had" snakes for 24 years. I got out of it so falconry would be my focus. Mostly venomous is what I kept, cobras and crocodilians were my favorite. :) I will work on my photo galleryfor the snakes and such I had.

That is about all I have to say for now.

Will:
I have used the red glove I have now for three years, not really red anymore. Sounds like you are well on your way. You can have your signature added automatically by going to the User cp. Good luck, have fun and post often.

Hey Will,
Ev is right about using a name. It helps us all get to know one another. Since you already posted your name, I added it to your signature. I hope you don't mind, just saving you some work.

Thanks for adding that my name to the sig. I appreciate that. :)

Mostly likely that red glove will not be red anymore either! LOL

Thanks for the warm welcome.

Yes, they are amazing when hunting!!! It is hard to explain the passion and feeling you get when out hunting with these amazing birds. I think everyone knows exactly what I mean! :)

Yup - that's why I'm out everyday. Might not have something in the bag but at least I get to watch her fly around and get some exercise.

I hear ya Kim. You know, I am not racking up the game either for time in the field. Daniel has gotten kicked off or missed every rabbit since his first one. I was sick for about 5 days, but that is still a lot of empty "field" trips. Of course I console myself by carhawking:cool:

Yes, I remember. :) Cheri has been giving me updates on your new Harris, and I might say CONGRADS!!!!

I hunted with you guys last year. I think it was the last weekend of the hunting season. Von's bird got a rabbit, and Cheri's birds just chased!! LOL

I do plan on making to the field meet! You bet! Would not miss it for the world. They are fun as all get out!

As far as Cheri's mini meet, it was awesome as usual! We hunted and hunted!! :)

Hope to see you at the meet, or sooner one Sat.
