Avatar glitch

I want to let you all know I will work on the glitch when I get home. I was screwing around with some mobile app stuff and looks like I may have caused it. I had to leave before I noticed it.

It's not like it's the message or pix in msg, it's just the bloody avatar. I, for one, can live another day or 2 w/o 'em.;)

Apple hasn't completely won...I'm still not getting them on my Mac.LOL But it is an older Mac...so maybe it just doesn't have the update capability anymore? Doesn't bother me that the avatars aren't there really. My main thing is, if they're supposed to be and they're not...what else might be being affected in the background that we don't see as obviously as the avatars?

Chris, if it helps any, the only ones I'm getting are the NAFEX stock avatars. not seeing anyone's custom/personal stuff.

I've looked at several threads and seen lots of avatars. So far there are only two people's avatars that I can't see. I'm on a cheap new computer with Windows 7 and IE.

its funny , i can see some people on the PC and i cant see others . then on my iphone the ones i could see in the PC i cant .. and the ones i couldnt i can ...

so in short , they flipp flop , now ive just confused my self

I am at home now and I can see all avatars on my MacBook Pro, iPad, and iPhone using Firefox but they are missing using Safari on all of them.

I'm seeing them on Ubuntu so I'm assuming I'll see them on my Android as well.

Chris, I can see avatars just fine but I can't change mine, even when using files that I've used successfully in the past.

Does anybody else get an "invalid file" message when changing their avatars? I've had about 20 avatars over the years...not sure what to do differently.
