Hey everybody. Good forum here. I'm from NE Pennsylvania, in Bradford county. I'll be starting my apprenticeship under Fred(hawkstir) this coming year.(I'm proud to say that I took the photo in his avatar, that was a fun day) I'm a sophmore at college. Just wanted to say hi.

(welc) Josh. You'll find a lot of good info here. You missed a good hunt yesterday. You can read about it in Spirits thread.

Josh:
(welc) we have some good time on the site. Place an aviator on your post. Much easier to connect a name and face. Your safe, Jimmy is off playing :D

Josh -

(welc) You will find a ton of great information here that will help you with everything from the test to building the mews and anything you ever come across in falconry.

I am an apprentice too - just got my first bird 2 days after Christmas.

Good Luck and we are all looking forward to your stories.

Well, I added a picture of me. It's not falconry related, but I guess it'll have to do until I get a bird. Me hoarding goldfish, my favorite snack.

Josh:
Your aviator is much better than any blank space. It will not be long and you will have a falconry related one in its place.

Fred,
I guess the correct answer is whenever you tell me too.(How's that for a good apprentice?)
Bryant,
Where's Cape Elizabeth? I used to live in Oxford county not far from N.H. I have relatives that live 1/2-3/4 hr. west of Portland. I love Maine, I can see myself heading back after I graduate from college. Beautiful place.

Josh,

Cape Elizabeth is just south (practically attached to) Portland, Maine. Let me know if you're ever in the area visiting relatives!
