Looking for next hunting partner

My German Wire Hair Pointer turned 8 this year and came up lame with a shoulder injury. This got me thinking how it is time to be thinking about starting my next dog. Just checking to see who is planning litters, etc. I was thinking about complementing my GWP with a ES or EP but am not set on breed. My hunting is diverse and goes from huns to pheasants to sharp tails to chickens all within one week. An adaptable dog is important.
