Hi my name is Mekhi Davis Rivera. I grew up capturing wild animals in Puerto Rico, mainly crabs and Iguanas and then after keeping them for a while, releasing them. I've always wanted to work with animals to the point where my goal is to become a zoologist. In my Highs chool i just turned 14 2 months ago and i'm a Freshman, im signed up in a Vet Assistance course to further dive into the world of 'working alongside & with animals'. I came across Falconry in one of my animal encyclopedias a while ago but i didn't really think much of it until now and i'm really interested and would love to know how to begin

Since you are in Florida, this might be a good place to start: http://floridafalconry.com/?page_id=10
Good luck and welcome.
