Desperately seeking a Black GyrXPeregrine Tiercel

I am desperately seeking a Black GyrXPeregrine tiercel. I will pay top dollar for the right bird. Needs to be chamber-raised. Prefer a first-year bird but could be a started bird. I know they are hard to come by in North America these days but, if you have a lead or know of such a bird that is available, your assistance would be much appreciated. The bird will be flown hard and hunted regularly in the Western United States.
