I have two Harris' hawks that I would like to sell.
1. 2014 Male Harris' hawk, Coulson bred. He's good on cottontails in cover or in the open (very quick flyer) and has caught the occasional swamp rabbit here in Arkansas. He has been hunted with the female this year and they work good together with just a small amount of squabbling over perch priority.
2. 2015 Female Harris hawk, Coulson bred. She's entered on rabbits and has made a good showing this season. She has done well flying with the male. She is pretty footy when weighing her in the work room, and I have taken to wearing a calfskin glove on my free hand to calm that down. She will foot a bare hand. Oddly enough, she only does that in the workroom.
I am asking $600 for the male and $650 for the female with the buyer paying the shipping costs (if any).
