Well yesterday I went to the summer meet, it was a two day meet ending today but I could only afford to go one day. Had a fantastic time winning some nice raffle items by Brian Kellog(noted eagle falconer/owner of dragon hoods, who was in attendance) and got to spend some time talking to Dan Cecchinni President of NAFA who recently moved to Oregon. I won a pair of his pigeons so I can start getting my loft in order for next years hopeful prairie take. Dan has been breeding his pigeons from the same stock for the past 40 years and only breeds pigeons that have been able to escape falcons so they should be some top notch homers. Can't wait for the fall meet.
