It was brought to my attention that the times are wrong on the forums. To fix this you have to go in your settings on your accountt, here is how to do it:
Go to "profile" ( link in tool bar at top of the page)
Next Click "Preferences"
once in the preferences you look at the bottom field and you will see a box that says " Summertime Adjust the time for summer (add 1 hour in summer)"
Click the "yes" box and click "submit"
and it should be updated.
