Here's a pic from the meet in statesboro this year, taken just around the corner from Wes's house. I was trying to knock a fat redtail out of the tree, and had to climb higher than the pic shows......

As for the story, not much to tell. My wife's bird caught a squirrel and decided to sit up in the tree with it. She wasn't eating it, but refused to come down. So I climbed the tree, someone handed me up a small pine tree, and I tried to knock the bird down. She flew into the next tree, and I knocked her out of that one.

The dog was just sitting there thinking how stupid I was, and waiting for me to fall......
