Howdy, can anybody tell me whether this is a female or a male eastern redtail? It always hangs around my college campus here in Baltimore.

Very difficult to say, Mark. If you could get it to stand on your glove for a photo we may be able to assess its size for sexing. :) I'm leaning toward male based on proportions.

I'd say male based on foot size. Bout the same as my bird.

Ditto to above, and look at the beak/head size and compare it to the fruit (?) in the tree. Male or shim for me.
