The date for the MHC Summer Picnic is Saturday, Aug 1, 2009 from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm.
Kim McFadden and John Shuell have been kind enough to host our Summer Picnic again this year.

If you've never been there you're in for a treat. It is located on a lake with a swimming area for the kids (or the kid in you!). You can even fish if you'd like. There is a weathering area for birds and dogs on a leash are welcome.
Please bring a dish to pass. If you do bring a dish to pass, the charge is only $5.00 a family. Without a dish to pass it will cost you $10.00 a family.
Also, please bring any item you would like to donate to the club for us to use in our auction. Hopefully with enough items we will be able to have an auction at the picnic. Remember this items can be bought or made and doesn't have to be exclusively falconry related.
And finally, soft drinks and water will be provided, otherwise it's a BYOB event.
I hope the beginning of this summer finds you and your birds doing well.
I also hope to see you all at the picnic, we have reason to be together and celebrate.
