Hi there. I'm Stacey from North Shenandoah Virginia. I've always been a raptor nut. I'm a pre-apprentice looking to find a sponsor next year and get my first bird. Right now I'm just gathering knowledge and my equipment. I volunteer at a wildlife rehab center so I can get some experience handling birds. I've been lurking for a few months and learning alot. Thanks for the welcome guys and gals.

I've really enjoyed the wildlife center. Lots of PRTs coming in with broken wings..had to tube feed one the other day. Coopers and red shoulders. screech, barred, and great horned owls. Ive found that hawks like to foot ya and owls like to bite ya !

Also raised and released a few litters of squirrels ;-)
