There is a juvi peregrine on youtube that a guy has been watching since Jan. 7 and his latest video is Jan. 30. It had jesses and a neck transmitter that appears to be gone now, it still has the anklets. It can be found by searching Peregine Falcon and searching most recent. Could it be one of the lost Passage birds
