Isn't it 360 meters or something like that? It would be cool to see events like this in the US. There could even be different divisions for small falcons, Accipiters, Harris hawks etc. Maybe some of those divisions could be a little bit shorter.

It's 400 meters , the falcons is over 500 falcon between ( pure gyr , pure saker , pure pere , gyr pere ..) and the winer is 15 racer .

the fastest falconer in this race is the pure gyr for Mohamed Soltan Al-Katbey , and the time what is the falcon taken to is ( 19,060 seconds ) .

It would make sense that a gyr would be fastest on the level flight like that. They fly long distances at low levels to tire out prey.

that's pretty cool!,in spain they have a event with gos hawks like our sky trials here in the states.there some vids on youtube.its pretty interesting there other events with bop other than just hunting even though thats the main goal.
