Hello, my name is Jonathan. I am AD Navy and just recently located to pensacola, I have been looking into falconry for quiet some time now. My wife got me the California Hawking Club packet last year for my birthday and I have been reading it on and off the last few months.
What had been really preventing me from getting into hawking prior to now is that in the state I was in you had to get a sponsor lined up, build your mews, prior to even being allowed to take the test. I like how Florida allows you to take the test prior, in my opinion it shows the potential sponsor how serious one is about the entire evolution.
Now just making sure the homeowners association doesn't flip out over a mew...
