Hi Harry, I've been thinking a lot this weekend about my hawk and the upcoming season and letting her fly. It's going to be a thrill to watch her truly work with us. But what I wanted to share with you is my feeling that it seems something has been lost in our modern day hawking with it's reliance on the scientific approach. I wouldn't dare post how important it is for me to have a relationship with my hawk, making her my friend in the same sense my dog is my friend. It's important that she likes me and dare I say we have fun together in the field. Carlos
