I see that you edited your post again. I only bring the foot thing up again because you said I was overthinking things. I brought it up again cause Jimmy is about as bloodthirsty as you and he thinks it's fine. I think it's fine cause my bird is the master of the head hold and she just rocks. But last year, first hunt, she got bit on her longest talon, split it right down the middle. I had to keep her up and treat it for a while. But now she's back murdering squirrels, as she did last year, and the year before. I'd about kill for fields like you have, with bunnies and such.
