I had never considered them until this year. I have gotten Jemima Jones book on it, and she says nothing very useful or encouraging. Two of my best friends back in Va have trained owls using traditional falconry methods and cannot stand them. Another friend back in Va has EEOs but only for educational purposes. So far the only things I have gleaned are that you should use an imprint female and be very patient.
