I started my endeavor to learn about falconry around 2010, then after graduating nursing school it was finally possible. It took me several years to get finally take the leap and I was met with several positive responses and found a sponsor that wasn't to far away. I made several amazing friends and I spent a year as a pre-apprentice learning hood making, and other skills that my sponsor expected of me. I trapped my 1st falconry bird in November of 2017, a 134g female AK 'Smokey', after the way to smoked the BC. I have been flying her successfully and we continue to grow as a team every day.
I love my dear wife who is the mother of our two wonderful kids.
