Hello folks, I am an apprentice who is on week two of training my new Red Tail, I have a question, My Village is giving me a really hard time about keeping the bird, they are telling me that I can not keep the bird on a 25000 square foot property. The zoning reads Domestic Animals, and says I can have up to three dogs and/or cats. I would contend that Falconry Bird is not a domestic animal, just wanted to get some thoughts from the community or some suggestions on how to proceed with the building inspector tomorrow.
