Dan, can you take a picture of the rope you use to exercise your eagle. I have used a rope in the past, but, I always tied it off to a perch which caused the eagle to come to a sudden stop. I would think that it would be better to have the eagle come to a gradual stop as the weight of the rope got heavier. What do you use to attach the rope to the eagle?

Hi Dan,

My redtail is doing well. I have had a fun season with him. He has caught a 7 or 8 bunnies this season and about 2 dozen squirrels give or take. I really enjoy squirrel hawking...and he seems to as well. I will most likely intermew him this summer and give him another try next year.

I hear you gave your eagle away...? Can I expect to see a passage Gos on your fist next year?

I want to know when thge usual trapping season takes place for Golden Eagles...I knew if anyone would know it would be you!
My state has adopted the new regs and we are now work under the new regs. My state has approved me if I got drawn for a bird and I had a large female imprint Golden I lflew for 7 years in educational settins, she was a great bird and I really enjoyed her.
Any info you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
