C'mon American falconers, THIS is what we've been waiting for all these years!
There's absolutely no reason to give up your civil liberties because you are a falconer.

Buy the structure and the manner in which assertions were made in this case, it’s likely to fail. But I could be wrong. It mainly boils down to the judge overseeing the case. If it is ruled falconers are victims, it will be appealed and another judge could rule the same or reverse it.
