Just finished annual trailer roof painting today, got late start but had a special view of pink moon. In the past I was doing a FS boundary Fuel survey and decided to take a brake above Grindstone lake probably 300' above fishermen and away in the forest, a medium sized bird buzzed by me pretty quick, then flew over lake and started getting very vocal, realized it was imm. peregrine, seconds later an adult dropped out of the heavens and escorted young bird out of area, & out of sight!
