Contact your local wildlife agency first, they should be able to give you a packet with a list of things you need to do to become a falconer. Also, start reading and studying now!

If you are willing to make the drive to North Augusta I have no problem letting you hunt with me! I just googled Rock Hill and it is definitely more than a few minute drive to N. Augusta though.
