Sounds like it's giving inaccurate readings more than accurate ones. Probably time to talk to Marshall.

Have you tried it in "above start" mode?
Also, if you are using "above start" make sure the transmitter has a good fix on satellites before starting the recording. If it has an inaccurate fix when you start, all the readings after that will...
Try changing the setting from "above me" to "above start." When you use "above me" it uses the GPS in your iPad to figure your height, and subtracts that from the birds height. When using "above...
When I use a bird transmitter on a dog I slide a 6 inch long piece of bicycle inner tube over the collar and transmitter to protect the transmitter and keep it snug to the collar.
I know you called them and asked if they have them. You stated that in your first post. What I was suggesting is to call them and ask if they plan to ever have them.
I still use 216 dog collars. I also use 216 backup transmitters on my birds. Never bought a 433 receiver when I got the GPS system. Didn’t really see the need.
I recently purchased a second GPS...
In for a penny, in for a pound. Get the Turbo, it's worth it.
Good to meet you Wes. There are a fair number of falconers in Florida. Hopefully some of them will chime in here.
Thank you for your service. You are welcome to come watch my birds fly, but I'm quite a way from Florida. ;)
By-the-way this forum has a rule that you sign all your post with your real name. First...
I didn't take it as smart ass, I took it as a valid comment. Two transmitters on hybrids is a US law. I doubt Scotland has that law, but I really can't say for sure.
Oops, my bad. It's still a smart policy no matter where you live, and no matter what you fly.
That's why you fly them with a second transmitter, a traditional one. If it's a hybrid you are required to by law anyway.
Anything falconers would be interested in reading.
Well the deadline was June 20. Obviously we are past that, so at this point we will just go to press once we have enough material to fill it.
We need a few more articles for our next issue. This time of year falconry isn't on many peoples minds, but we still need material. We pay $100.00 and up for articles.

Jerod,
First off thank you for your service.
Do you know where you will be after the year is up? Or even what state? If you do, you could take the exam and start looking for a sponsor before you...
Thanks for the offers. Rob Palmer came through with one, so we are good. It seems people don't often take photos of their birds when they are acting that way. Can't imagine why. :)
We could use a photo for our next issue of a falcon displaying nasty imprint behavior. Preferable one with it looking up, mouth open screaming. Even better if it's fluffed out with extreme begging...
