Well my name is Ricky Ortiz I just recently got into falconry about 2 months ago and it was just by chance that a master Falconer came into my job with a pit he rescued off the free way that had mange ( I work as a vet tech) I was talking to him and asked if he was a truck driver he had the look to him and talked like a trucker on the road alot, but it turned out he works for a bird abatement company and he had his birds with him in his truck and I saw them and that was pretty much the end of it for me.

Since then I spend most of my free time reading what I can get my hands on I just took my falconry exam and passed 2 weeks ago and am currently starting the construction of my mews and working on finding a sponsor. Cant wait for October to trap and start my training and get out hunting! well enough talk here are some pics I took of his birds.
