    Default Old Commercial

So a few months ago I was talking with my father about his falconry days back in the early 70's. He told me about a couple of different hawks he had flow.
He described an old Buick commercial. I guess he was asked to let a crew film footage of his hawk for the ad.
So I of course was intrigued and went on the search for the old commercial. I found this on youtube and sent him a link and he confirmed that it was his hawk "Sweet thing". I thought it was pretty cool to be able to find it after all these years..... It's old and blotchy but it's still kind of cool.

The portion of that comercial with the hawk "landing" on the buick logo was a trademark of buick well into the 80's.

That comercial pre-dates me by a few years, but I remember the hawk and the logo quite well from other commercials.

There was also an old 70's mid commercial in the Washington DC area about a red-tail and a hang glider. The commercial was advertising an upscale men's clothing store, I think the name was Bridges of Georgetown. I would like to see those videos too.
