Thumbs up Tarr Hoods (Hawkhill Hoods) Available Again

With apologies for my cyclical on again / off again status as a hoodmaker....I would like to formally offer an ON AGAIN notification

I'm not starting up another web site or trying to sell any volume of hoods, but I've had enough requests, particularly from NAFEX members, that I will just announce here and let word of mouth take it where it will.

Anglo Indian style hoods are my mainstay, but Dutch are available as well.

PM me for details if you are interested.

Here's to the beginning of another season -- Hope we all have a great one!

How about designing an Anglo/Indian hood with an Arab accordian back.. that would be really cool Bry!

Glad to see you back at it brother!

    Thanks Kory,

I have got some requests for the accordian back and will try it. Feather pinching is a bitch especially on some of the accips!

    Default Back on the web

    Hey gang,

I've had a rather difficult year on a personal level, but life goes on...and so does hoodmaking! Thanks to those of you who placed orders with me throughout the fall. I was pretty slow filling them, but I appreciate the patience and support many of you have shown me.

Just wanted to let folks know that HawkHill Hoods is back on the web with a very simple presence at http://www.hawkhillhoods.com . Bookmark it and come by for a visit as it re-evolves again. I specialize in Anglo-Indian hoods but have a full set of Rollins style blocks for anyone that likes that type / shape of Dutch hood.

I recently caught up and then promptly got about 10 more orders and am happy to take on more as long as you are not in a huge hurry.

Here's hoping 2012 is a great year for all!

Have had lots of inquiries so thanks for all the interest. Yes, I am making hoods, and yes, the website is back up.

    Happy Fall!

    Default Bump!

Yes, I am taking hood orders again.

Have had lots of inquiries and am compiling a pretty big list. About 3 weeks out already at this time, but I am accepting orders if you want to get in on the fun. I don't maintain a website anymore but Hawkhill Hoods has a page on Facebook you can find or you can message me here or at hawkhillhoods@gmail.com

Someone requested that I post some hood photos...so here ya go! If you are on Facebook there is a Hawkhill Hoods page there as well. I've had a ton of orders and turnaround times are long (6-8 weeks) but I'm happy to put you on the list. Plan ahead, think long-term about what hoods you'd like to have around. Don't wait until you trap a bird next fall and then need one ASAP to order! Here are some samples.
