    Default Hello from England

    Hi

My name is Sue and I live in England.

I have just returned home from the NAFA meet in Utah, where I had a great time and met many wonderful people and saw some fantastic hawking.

I have a cast of Harris that I hunt with.
I also have a female Harris that I recovered from the wild, that still needs a lot of work done with her.
I have a female redtail, that is a semi rescue hawk, and which I hope to be hunting with very soon.

I am looking forward to this forum, and hope to not only gain from your experiences, but to be able to offer help if I can.

    Thanks
    Sue Evans

    Thanks Heather.
Already planning next trip! I've told my son to get saving - I think he'd really enjoy himself, and wants to see the scenery, and meet the peeps that I keep telling him about!

    Gloucestershire.

    Thanks for your welcome.

I am hoping to tie in with some of the great people I have had the pleasure of meeting, not just at this last NAFA but the other two I have been to in Alamosa and Amarillo.

Would this happen to be the same Sue that came to Amarillo with Adrian?

Nice to "see" ya again, Sue!
We're all doing good. Hope the same can be said for you and yours.
Amarillo was the last nafa meet I'll ever attend. And Vernal is too damn far from me anyways. I was in Kansas the week before though. You should have flew over early ;-)

Now that I am on here, and catching up with people, I'll stay in touch for when I next come over.

    Why no more Nafa?

Off here soon, as jet lag just catching up with me.

Jimmy, were you at the AFC meet in El Dorado? If so, how was it? Did you get the jumps that you were looking for?

Nope, the wife and I just went by ourselves, Jeff. Didn't go to the meet. Had a great time but had to cut the trip 5 days short due to an issue with a bird we left at home.

Thanks a lot. I already feel this is going to be a far, far better experience than that UK forum.
