That was a cool video, thanks for sharing! I don't mean to be "that guy", but I'd urge you to please reconsider keeping the bird leashed, at least by one jess, when changing out the jesses and the birds hooded. I've heard horror stories of birds bating hooded while changing jesses and just going up and up like a sealed pigeon, I'd hate to hear that happened.
