Hi My name is Ed. I've always had an interest in Falconry, and finally decided to pursue it. I actually just received my study guide from DEC. I've been using the NYS study app that I found on the forum here(same question as the study guide). The test will be given in April 22 this year. I know that isn't too far away, but I think I should be ready by then. I'm scoring a 90 or better when I practice.

Welcome aboard Ed and good look on your upcoming exam. Sounds like you should have no problem with the exam. Hope to hear about some trapping experiences in the near future and hopefully about your first bird.

No sponsor lined up yet, but I have the list provided by DEC. After I pass the test I'll start calling around. Hopefully someone close by will be willing to take me on.
