Apprentice. Birmingham, AL. 21 looking for help

Hi, I'm Stephen. Im 21 Ftom Birmingham, AL and I am hoping to find someone with a General or Mater level permit to apprentice under. I am pretty new to falconry, but I have a good history with birds and I have always wanted to raise and train raptors. I realky want to work with Owls but if I understand it correctly I will have to start out with either an American Kestrel, a red tail or a red shouldered hawk.
