If you know where it is, have you tried to trap it?

Mario - I am an apprentice, so I can't trap this bird.

All - It had anklets and jesses when I saw it a month ago, I couldnt tell when I saw it last night.

reclaiming a lost bird is just that, so you shouldn't have an issue taking steps to recover it

There was strong winds blowing in from the East for the last couple of weeks. So its feasible that the Hawk could have traveled from Central, NJ, 70 miles westward to Pottstown!

Wow, just realized you said the bird has been out a month now. Have you told anybody else in the area, maybe your sponsor, so they can go trap it if you feel uncomfortable trapping it yourself.
