Dear Fellow Falconers,

Attached below is a picture of a Falcon that has been spotted at the DTE facility at River Rouge. The person missing the bird will need to contact Karen Young so I can put them in touch with the DTE folks that have seen the bird as they will need clearance etc. to gain access to the site. It’s rather distinctive so I’m hoping someone will recognize the photo.
