Hello from Arizona

Hi all,
My name is Chris Bethel and I am from SE Phoenix, AZ. I have recently become interested in falconry. I have been lurking on the forums for a while trying to gain as much info as I can and decided i should introduce myself .

The Desert Hawking Classic is being held from this Thursday Jan 24th to Sunday Jan 27 in Casa Grande Arizona at the Holiday Inn. The address is 777 Pinal Ave. Stop by and introduce your self to some of the falconers and take a look at the birds that are there. Last year there were eagles, hawks, falcons and a couple of owls.

Thanks Jim. My wife and I are already planning on going down there on Saturday for the apprentice workshop. It would be great to get to know some falconers in our area.

I live in New Mexico, but, there should be lots of Arizona falconers and a few California falconers. I had a good time last year, so, heading back for more. Look me up when you get there.

Ryan, yes I'll be bringing the eagle. There will be no one at my house to take care of him, so,he's gotta come.
