Newbie from Illinois :)

Hello all! Im new to this website but I have heard an awful lot about it from my sister. She is actually the one who got me introduced to falconry and like so many others, now I am completely entranced by everything. I don't yet have a bird of my own but I am sure in due time I will. I have been hunting with my sister a couple times and have worked with her and her bird many times. I absolutely love it and now am feeling myself being pulled into the world of falconry.

I live just south of Wisconsin, in the Rockford area. Not bunny central, but I figure the drive south to Bloomington area would not be terrible if i were to get a bird

There are bunnies between Rockford & Bloomington, trust me. With all the nuts here in IL, I'm sure there are plenty of squirrels as well.
