"The Gyr x Prairie Hybrid" in the 1990 Journal? Story about training "Shelby", a female of that cross. I saw her fly several times, awesome bird. She and Kent Christopher's "Maggie" were the reason I flew one from 93-98. Do you still have the one you reported on in NAFEX a couple seasons ago?
