    Default RT+

I have to say I'm pretty impressed with this transmitter. Had to make a quick find in the tall grass as the red tails were looking hungry today! The rapid pulse and strength gave me a super quick read on direction.
    Well done!
    Now how about a hat?

I agree David, I use mine daily. Its been dunked in water, crushed in my tailgate, and used and abused by a redtails for three seasons. I'd buy another in a heartbeat.

    I'll settle for a tshirt.

I'll attest to the durability of the RT+ as well. I lost mine for two days after it fell off my falcon over a shallow duck pond. I still could get the signal so the next day I put on my waders and went back. Hunted it down in a foot of water and I'm still using it to this day.

Why didn't you leave it there to make it easier to find the pond?

I had that happen also, but wasn't fortunate enough to find the RT plus.
