    Default Falcons of Arabia video

I moved to a new house last year, and as I was chatting with my new neighbor, somehow the topic of falconry came up. Turns out, he did a documentary on falconry in the Middle East in college, circa 1990. He knew very little about falconry in general, but did a pretty decent job in filming this. It took him almost two years, what with the war, and all.

Needless to say, he was stoked when I told him I'm a falconer. Anyway, the video is about an hour long, but check it out!

I actually have that on VHS. It is a very decent documentary.

Awesome! It's a rarity that you come across someone who even knows what falconry is, let alone did a documentary.

Great film, amazing the changes in 25 years.

No kidding! Although, I do like the furniture in the back of the truck. I'd do that now! Really gives a visual to the term "armchair falconry."
