    When can I expect to receive the current issue? I subscribed for the first time last month, just wondering what the usual delivery time to California would be. I am eager to get this publication, probably just being impatient.

    I believe that the bird in the background photo on the Table of Contents is not a red-tail, but a Swainson's hawk.
